Who can become Turkish Airlines Corporate Club members?
Other than travel agencies and airline companies that regulate and schedule flights, all private or non-profit companies or organizations are eligible for membership.
How can I apply to Turkish Airlines Corporate Club?

As a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club member can I purchase tickets online?
As a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club member you can purchase tickets online without going through any agency.

What advantages does the Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card provide me with?
Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card gives you the opportunity to check-in through Business Class counters regardless of the cabin class on your international flights and to enjoy our airport lounges along with a guest (This benefit is applicable only at the country specified on your Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card). In order to receive a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card, you must be a Miles&Smiles member.
How do I know what benefits I'm eligible for?
Turkish Airlines takes as its starting point the flight turnover from the past twelve months and uses this to determine the benefits that you may be entitled to.
Other than employees of my company who is eligible for these benefits?
All employees who are subject to your company's travel expenses are eligible to benefit from the program's advantages. Furthermore, in the event that travel expenses are paid, any subcontractor who works with your company, retailers, distributors, and similar employees may be eligible for benefits. Any customers of yours through loyalty programs or related programs or third parties are not eligible for benefits.
How do I make reservations and other ticketing services in the program?
You may authorize up to 3 travel agencies with whom you work and who have IATA status to make reservation and buy tickets with discounted corporate fares. If your membership is eligible, you may also book online via  tcc.turkishairlines.com through the customer portal.

After joining the program may I change the travel agency with which I’m working?
During the period of the contract you are permitted to make changes to the authorized agencies. You may cancel the authorization of agencies or give authorization to new agencies. In order to request an agency cancellation, click here. In order to authorize a new agency, click here.
What is the “Tour Code” and what is it used for?
Based on your company's flights performance, Turkish Airlines provides your company with a "Tour Code". Discounted international flight prices with Tour Code are installed directly into authorized agent's systems. All tickets other than the discounts designated specifically to your company's name can be reserved manually using the Tour Code entry by authorized agencies. After logged in through the customer portal, all purchased tickets will automatically go through the process using Tour Code.
Can applicable tickets be processed retroactively through Tour Code by authorized agencies?
Tour Code tickets cannot be processed retroactively under any circumstances by Turkish Airlines. If the Tour Code number given to your company is used improperly or not used at all, Turkish Airlines is not responsible for any potential resulting losses. During ticketing, it is your company's responsibility to guide and inform authorized agencies through the Tour Code process.
If an employee of a company which uses a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card leaves the company, can another employee have a new card to use in his/her place?
You may request a TCC card for another employee by contact with your customer representative.
Can I request a new Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card to replace a lost or damaged one?
New cards may not be issued to replace lost cards.
I'm a member of Miles&Smiles, can I take advantage of both Turkish Airlines Corporate Club's benefits and earn miles at the same time?
Owners of a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card enjoy the same advantages given by Miles&Smiles cards and Star Alliance cards. Miles&Smiles members or Star Alliance members who use a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card will continue to earn miles as before.
What is the special baggage allowance?
It is a benefit offered when you use the discounted rates offered by Turkish Airlines Corporate Club. Depending on the class and destination, your ticket will automatically show your baggage allowance.
How can I use the incentives offered?
The sum of incentives will come as a result of the “total ticket sales invoice”, along with the VAT that you give to Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines will then, using this invoice of yours, provide you with the amount of incentives you’ve earned by opening an "accounts receivable" account. You may use the amount that you have earned for upgrades and for ticket purchases. You may perform the operations of electronic ticketing through Turkish Airlines’ sales offices.
After I receive my incentives, can I use it to refund tickets I've already purchased?
After you've received your incentive earnings, you may receive a refund. Up to the amount of earnings may be refunded to your company and you will receive a receipt for the amount you're returned.
 
If I can't reach the turnover goal agreed upon by the contract, what are the consequences?
Should the agreed upon flight turnover goal not be reached, there will be no penalties of any sort to your company. The turnover you achieve in a year will be used as a base to revise the advantages available following the end of the contract.
What are the main functions of the customer portal?
At the beginning of the membership process your company will receive and email with a username and password. In this way your company will be easily able to perform the following procedures:
  • Updating and displaying your company's information
  • Display all contract information
  • Display all authorized agencies
  • Reports
  • Online booking (Only for Turkish Airlines Corporate Club members. Members of Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Premium or Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Global are not eligible.)
  • All Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card transactions

How can I buy tickets using the customer portal?
Members of Turkish Airlines Corporate Club can register their employees to the online booking system with a maximum of 50 people. Every month at most 3 names may be changed. People who would like to purchase tickets from the list you've entered can select and follow the ticket purchasing procedures. People who are not listed may not purchase tickets. In order to add people to the list the following information is required.
  • Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Gender (Male/Female)
  • Birthday
  • Email address
  • Turkish identity card number (for Turkish citizens)
  • Telephone number

May I return a ticket I've made through an online reservation? How can change the date of the reservation?
For all tickets purchased with TCC discounted fares through customer portal, for refunds, re-routing, rebooking you should go to the nearest Turkish Airlines office or contact our call center at 0090 212 444 0 849.
Are there any penalties associated with cancelling membership?
You can renounce your membership at any time without paying any penalties by calling a customer representative or by emailing Turkish Airlines Corporate Club at tcc.support@thy.com.
