Corporate Help Desk (CHD) is the creation of a new support service, located as office-based units around the world, with the aim of providing faster and efficient after-sales service for our corporate customers. This service is built on an incoming and replying after-sales request of our customer. The request can be reached by phone call or e-mail to the related CHD office. After, it would be properly replied in the fastest way by the related CHD personnel, well-equipped with communication skills and knowledge.
